1-2 days/week.  (Flexible)

Forward going, however no vices and impeccable stable manners/temperament.

Experienced adult only with stable care knowledge.

No novices or children considered.

Enjoys hacking out alone or company, schooling,  jumping and there is a chance to compete if you wish. 

Only offering to part loan because I can't give her as much time as she deserves at the moment due to family commitments.

We have a number of horses that we are pleased to offer on a one-to-one loan basis (with the option to buy in the longer term) with the proviso that they are kept in livery with us at Sarness. It’s a simple solution that bridges the gap between learning to ride and the long term commitment of horse ownership!

  • 14.2hh coloured cob gelding – with great potential for coloured show classes
    Rocky (Rock Me Amadeus) is rising 4 and is by the elite graded stallion Amadeus. He was recently professionally broken and is very laid back - never puts a foot wrong and is hacking out nicely. Ideal for a teenager or adult and will make someone a lovely horse either for a competitive owner or happy hacking.
  • 14.2hh reg’d Connemara mare – has been successfully shown, ODE and hunted.                     Snip (Opera Nights) is a 5yr old registered Connemara by Boden Park Finnard. She is a total sweetie with no ifs or buts. She has been shown successfully taking M&M champion at Ryedale show, has won a ODE having led from the dressage phase and has recently been used by a very novice rider for hacking. She has a great jump and would make an ideal quality all rounder for a teenager or adult. Snip has an adorable temperament and is very easy in every way.
  • 15.2hh 5yr old Hanoverian mare ex top stallion Grand Cru – top dressage/showing prospect
    Tess (Grandessa) is looking for an experienced rider to progress her education. She has off the ground floating paces and a super temperament and would benefit from a one to one relationship with someone who will have the time to spend with her. An excellent opportunity as she has the ability to go to the top in any discipline wit the right rider.
